Buyer demand has continued and our Region posted 1,146 new Contracts in SW Florida – up 71% YoY for September with an Average Sales Price up 24% to $457,000!
It is most certainly a seller’s-market in Sarasota County. Even with all the new construction, inventory is tight and moving quickly.
