If you want an agent that will work hard and go the extra mile to get a real estate transaction to closing, then Cindy should be your first pick. We live several hundred miles from the property, so it was great to have Cindy as the local point of contact to take care of the interactions with inspectors, HOAs, etc. She was really good about following up with all of these third parties to make sure nothing fell through the cracks, and also very good at keeping us informed every step of the way. Real estate transactions are becoming ever more complicated so it is nice to have Cindy on your team. Oh, and she is a very nice person as well.

Cindy is the consummate professional! From our initial contact with her until our closing she was the very essence of a professional. During the period where she was showing us properties she make herself available and worked us into her schedule at times that made it easy for us and our family. We had our kids and grandkids with us and we really had a good time because Cindy was so delightful to be with. She did an excellent job of preparing our contract and getting our offer communicated to the seller.
She helped us in resourcing for other people we needed such as a loan company, a title company, a painter and more. As the closing deadline approached and there were obstacles to overcome because this was a 1031 exchange, she was our advocate above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with. She was always available and was part of the solution. Whatever we needed Cindy had the energy, the resources and the intellect to handle it.
The actual closing procedure took longer than usual and although we told Cindy she did not have to stay the whole time she would not leave until everything was completed. All in all, our whole family agrees the Cindy is the best realtor we have ever met and one of the nicest people we have ever met.
