If every agent and/or employee at Michael Saunders and Company was like Cindy Schatzle, competitors could all close their doors. Her professionalism, caring attitude and continuous efforts on our behalf were all beyond reproach. As a matter of fact, my wife and I had to go down to Longboat earlier this week for something and we made a point of contacting Cindy and having lunch with her just so we could thank her again and reiterate to her that she was free to give anyone our names if they asked her for a reference before agreeing to have her represent them. From all that we have heard and from the two experiences we have had with Michael Saunders & Company, it is obvious that such attitudes and professionalism start at the top.
