Not only Florida is seeing the rising demand for homes with a lower than normal inventory. In light of the current world pandemic, many are buying multi-generational homes to include parents and adult families, larger homes to include a fully functioning office space, extra space for home-schooling, and private space away from the big cities and multi-unit residential buildings. The convenience of elevators and shared space is a little less appealing in a world trying to contain the spread of a virus.
