I know I speak for a lot of REALTORS® when I say that the real estate market in Sarasota and the surrounding area is bustling. Inventory is very low and buyers have to make quick decisions or continue looking – especially in our area. I see a lot of activity for us agents and we expect mortgage rates to help keep home buying sales way up.
