After living here, one would be hard-pressed to think of another place here that rivals the Gulf Coast area and Sarasota specifically. Florida has lower taxes, no state income tax, perpetual sunshine, white-sand beaches and great weather as well as music, art, sports and any activity you can dream up.
It’s no wonder why the housing market is on fire these days – people have been given the autonomy to work from home and many see this as the bellwether moment to make the move to their dream locale.
