- More people are moving from city life to the suburbs
- Offices are moving to home settings or are getting smaller for obvious reasons
- Retail Vacancies – We are already moving to online shopping and have been for years – COVID exacerbated the transition and we will continue to see retail shrink and commercial space leases might see lower rent
